Importing Corporate Address Book in Outlook
Good morning!
I want to import a corporate global access list into my local Outlook (2002, build 10.4712.4219, SP2) contacts.
What exactly do I need to accomplish this?

I'm a little foggy on exactly what you are trying to import. Is this glocal access list currently in the form of outlook contacts or some other format? If the list is already in outlook, you should be able to export the contacts to a pst file and then import them to your local address book. If the list is not in outlook, you will probably have to export to a csv. There is a layout template (which I have somewhere but have to track down) which gives you the field mapping for the outlook contact fields.

Thanks anyhow - I figured out how to do it for our site.
Unfortunately, I can't post any relevant information here, apart from saying that hudsonsmith's post was helpful.
