What'd you guys think of the Steelers draft? I'm happy with Ben in the 1st, even though I was hoping for Deangelo Hall. I like Coclough in the 2nd & Starks in the 3rd, and all in all I think it was a pretty solid draft from top to bottom.

Nathaniel Adibi! Going to be a good weak side OLB...he's got kwiks & size, he just needs a mean streak.

I f**king love it!!! Of the three top qb's available he's the one I liked most. Rivers has that weird delivery and Manning just ain't someone I want on my team.
Roethlisberger is 6'5" 245 pounds and he can throw the ball downfield. With our trio of wideouts that's exactly what the doctor ordered. I don't know anything about the other guys we got, but this is the most pumped I've been in a long time after the draft.
I also love the fact that the brownies got Kellen Winslow, he'll be perfect up there. I can't wait to see him dog his blocks and allow Porter to run untouched straight at Garcia's blindside.
It's gonna be a beautiful year!

Actually, I live in Virginia. But I've always been a steeler fan.
Major, I can honestly say I'm not really familiar with Adibi. Hopefully he's got what it takes to be another Greg Lloyd. But he needs that nasty streak to do that.

I'm pysched!
I was soooooo happy when houston took dunta robinson, because I was sure if he was there cowher would have taken him and ignored the franchise QB. I would have been happy with robinson but to get roth at 11 when just a couple of months ago he was projected to go 2 or 3 is awesome.
I don't know much about the picks in round 2 and 3. but it looks like starks has a lot of upside if he gets motivated. he could be solid if not very good, or he could be jamain stephens part deux. the corner that they got I've seen rated as high as the 5th best in this years draft, and he grades out really well (I believe I saw him at 85) so I'm happy with that. I don't mind giving up the 4th nearly as much as I did the 3rd last year.
I was kinda hoping that we would trade plax and swap 2nd round picks with someone to get back into round 1 for a corner like gamble, stephen jackson, or even vernon carey, but . . . . . . .
I like the kid from Va tech in the 5th. that was a steal and he'll be good I think.
overall I was really happy with the draft and can't wait for training camp to start. . . . . . . . I hope that I can get up there this year maybe my dad, me and the wee-one can go and check things out.
