I went through the process and signed up for the VB .NET thing.
They also have another option once you've signed up for some training and practical labs.
This is not a download, BTW. The media should arrive within a few weeks.
Time to get back to my programming roots.

I saw this thread a while back and I jump at anything free from Microsoft. Got mine in last week and installed it yesterday. I've never programmed before but the videos made it look almost easy. I think I'll download all the videos and put them on disk for reference.
