Setting Users defualt Home Page
Is it possible to set Workstations default Home Page? Adn also to stop them changing it?

Yes, D@ve, by modifying the default group policy... I think its in user application settings. You can change much more about IE, than that also...you can customise, like, say IE was "Internet Explorer Provided by Your Co dot com), or the Image in the top left corner, and modify the site used by the search function.
