wupdater not responding
Hey I have a small question.
When I restart or shutdown my (Toshiba) laptop I get a "wupdater not responding" message.
1. what does it mean?
2. How do I fix it?
3. should I just call Toshiba about this?
Please let me know what you think and if you can help. You can also email me at [email protected]. I may not respond for a couple of weeks because I have out of town and don't always have internet access. Thanks alot!

Sounds like you have spyware running on your computer. Here's some info on what spyware is for your own information.
Try installing Ad Aware 6.0 from download.com. Be sure to update it before you run it. At the end when it finds a bunch of corruption, just have it all removed.
