    Home Edtion Activation

    I am trying to help my friend with his activation. He has Windows XP Home Edition, one of the originals, when it was first sold. He just reinstalled it, and it is for a PC that does not go on line. He is trying to activate by phone, but he says that the phone number they provide does not work. Anyone know what the activation phone number is?
