Ram limits?
I've heard some rumblings on another board about Winxp not liking too much ram. Same or similiar problem that win9x had of not addressing the ram well beyond a certain point. I've heard anything from shouldn't have more than 1gb/1.5gb/2gb or your system will slow down because windows can't address the memory properly. And as long as we are on the subject what do you normally recommend for ram and windows xp for a home user?

Not true. Supports up to 4 gig. Although I have never used or setup a system with more than 1.5 gig, so I am not speaking from experience. Here is a nice read:

I was trying to get the sources of this tidbit to support there argument on the other board and so far hadn't seen anything. I thought I'd ask here though as I don't have a ton of experience with xp and some of you at least here do...
