Hewlett Packard Officejet t45xi - not working?
I recently received the printer model in the subject line from a relative.
I installed it in Windows XP <service pack 1> when i got it. I dont remember if i used the windows XP specific driver or not however.
Now it seems that the printer has stopped working, I tried to uninstall all of the drivers and software associated with the printer but was unable to remove it from the PC entirely, thus creating a problem when i try to reinstall the software from scratch.
I think i need to wipe the registry of all traces before i can attempt to reinstall the software.
I am not very good with registry entries and am somewhat tentative to try it alone, if anyone could help me out i would be very appreciative.

MegaMod
You will want to read up on Officejet T Series All-in-One - Manual Software Uninstall
Once you get that taken care of, then check out Installing the HP Officejet 700 and T Series in Microsoft(R) Windows XP
It also talks about how to set the computer parallel port to ECP mode.
You can also find your manuals here.
Lots of good info there and steps to follow but you can do it. I've got faith!
