So this is an existing product that MS have 'snaffued' .. its one of those CRM 'thingee whatsits' (customer relationship management) like SAS can be used for (there's other stuff like it too), another fine example of Billy Boy not being able to diy so he buys up the weakest competitor - though looking at the Lookout site itself it appears to be most cheeky as thats based on Open Source - I wonder how all them folks feel about this 'sell out' ?

Anyway to use it you are gonna have to turn on findfast (arrrrgh ! yuk!) & have Outlook 2000, Outlook XP, or Outlook 2003 installed on your computers alongside that other 'winner' from Billy, Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 (arrrgh ! Yuk ! some more ).

This little comment on the Lookout site seems to sum it up nicely - "Looks like the 'your world on our server' game is far from over..." !
