    Canonscan 650U problem

    Hi

    I have XP pro and i have problem with my Canonscan 650U and PS/2 mouse.

    When i plug in the scaner the mouse stop working if i unplug the scaner the mouse starts working again.

    I have try the scaner on a other pc and it works and i have try to plug in a camera in to the USB and that works perfect.

    And i can't see any conflicts in XP

    Any one ?????????

    maybe your m/board is not supplying enough power , for the two items?


    see if u can locate a "powered" usb hub , and try that first,,,
