Strip Clubs
So, should we repeal all those damn 3-6 foot rules for table(lap) dances?
I say yes, it is a stupid little law.

I think the only laws that should be in place when it comes to strip clubs are that drug trafficking and prostitution are strictly prevented. Drugs have no grey area, unless there’s a question on the substance changing hands not being illegal. However a close contact lap dance can be construed as sexual service, and in many ways is, so you have a grey area that must be clearly defined. What is sex, thus what can be construed as prostitution? I think because it’s not clearly defined that is why the strict nature of the rules. And it sucks if you are there for a “good time”, but then that’s not always the only deciding factor. Fact remains, prostitution is illegal, while stripping is strictly enforced.
On a side note Cleetus, I was watching the reality show “Casino” (my wife insists on watching) and two young guys from the casino went like 60 miles to goto a brothel. They made a comment…that prostitution “ISN’T” legal in Vegas, but that it is in parts of Nevada. You have to depart city limits to get to those places…did you know that??? What was funny too, they actually brought out like 6 of the girls for the guys to choose…they were all UGLY!!! And OLD!!! The guys picked the two least UGLY ones and when they were left alone together to discuss something (they kicked the girls out of the room) they then snuck out of the window.
Did I mention, all the girls where UGLY!!!

HBO had a special about the Bunny Ranch. Only one of the girls there wasn't nasty and she was a Porn Star who charged more than anyone else. A friggin mom brought her 19 year old son to the place and negotiated price with one of the girls! She wanted him to get laid so her other sons would stop teasing him!
Then they showed an "illegal" hooker in New York or LA I think. She get's a John and takes him into an alley. After he "completed the transaction", he tells her that the condom broke. She's freaking out and crying and he basically just says, "Sorry." pays her the 20 bucks or whatever and walks off.
I'm all for strippers and lap dances, but hookers are a bit too much for me.

So you are evading my question...what should constitute sexual service, and what is a simple lap dance? If a girl doesn't even touch you but you blow a wad in your pants...that's still sex right? You paid for the dance...now we’re talking prostitution. What if she starts touching you? She's got no clothes on, she's got the moves like sex, she's seducing you like sex? Oh, and you're paying for it...
Bottom line is you have to break away the sex from the strip tease through the legislation. Since not touching is difficult to monitor, and sexual services can be administered without the three feet, someone went overboard to prevent prostitution. Your only true way out of this is to define and have it agreed upon by those that legislate these restrictions a clear and concise separation of striping from prostitution....or you will never win the argument with the conservative lawmakers.
Don't get me wrong, I for one support freedoms in the club, within reason of course. I am still against prostitution, but I put my grey area a little closer to the nude bitch then the true conservatives would...in that sex in the case of legal (excluding moral) grounds would require direct contact with exposed genitals, including but not limited to oral or vaginal insertion. Everything else is just feeling up.
