Netgear rebates?
anyone ever applied for a rebate from Netgear? did you receive it without hassle? reason i ask is that newegg has a lot of Netgear stuff with $10 rebates...i need a USB wireless adapter and i can get one for $23 after $10 rebate. i have used them before and they are handy to have. i will probably buy it anyway but the rebate would be nice.

I don't bother with Rebates anymore , got tired of playing Company's games .
I just look at the whole price , if its cheap enough anyway I'll still buy it and throw the Rebate cr*p in trash .

Don't have any first hand knowledge. Netgear was originally a subsidiary of Bay Networks and subsequently bought by Nortel, which would normally put them in the "reputable" category. However, Nortel sold off its ownership in 2002 and they are now independent.
