    "My Computer Won't work!!"

    Customer of mine bought this on e-bay.........

    This one really stretched my diagnostic skills...





    With luck the processor (Athlon 1800+) will be all right but how the f**k???

    Hasn't exactly got a heavy fan either & no damage whatever to the case so I don't think it was dropped...

    I don't think this vendor will be getting positive feedback

    You could solder that back on for him...take about 16 hours, charge him the discounted rate...

    i dont think you could drop it hard enuff to rip off the socket...that HAS to be deliberate.
