Welcome to windrivers avishai. Your motherboard is a Lucky Star 6VABX2. Unfortunately, Lucky Star is dead and gone. I found an Italian site which has information, bios, manuals, etc.
http://web.tiscali.it/acorp/?http://...x2/6vabx2.htm?
http://members.xoom.virgilio.it/acco...os/lsbios2.htm
If you scroll down the page on the second link until you get to 6VABX2, you fill find a bunch of different bios for your board. Use at your own risk.

I'm repeating the question... BIOS update cannot solve all the possible problems, but can make your MB unoperational, if something will go wrong...
So, why do you need to update the BIOS? What the problem you're trying to solve?

Then I would suggest the smart thing todo.
That is go get a PCI-IDE card which will accept much larger drives safely.
Rather then trusting a bios update off an italian site from a dead company,do the smart thing and just buy a pci-ide card such as
Promise
Adaptec
Highpoint
There are many

[QUOTE=joevandam]first of all what type of problem do you have,if you do not have any problems with the motherboard. you should not update, unless you are going with a larger hard drive.even with that you can go to the hard drive manufactor.and down load the utility,it should have you up and going
