    Not Recognized Camcorder

    I have a Samsung SCD107, when i turn the camcorder on connected to the computer through firewire windows finds '61883 Class Bus Device' then it says 'This device cannot start' so i cant capture from the camcorder

    check the firewire port in the device manager and make sure its installed correctly. Also check for updated drivers for the firewire port

    The card does not have any special drivers, Windows XP has the driver already, there is no update, HELP

    1394 drivers may require updating and/or patching

    What windows are you running?

    if the samsung is a rebadged panasonic load that patch fo xp.
