    Angry No Sound With Windows Xp !!!!

    i have an aopen computer. and i had recently had to reinstall windows XP. BUT NOW THE SOUND WILL NOT WORK ! every time i try to play a CD or anything.. an error message comes up and says that i have no sound card installed. but before i reinstalled windows XP everything was working just fine. do i need a new sound card or driver or something? PLEASE HELP !!!
