Please help??dail-up problem
Hi,
Hope you can help my problem, encounter dail-up problem
after re-install Win95(because of display card problem) ,i can't
access internet anymore.
evey time try to dial-up to WWW.
error msg appear
"error 691:your computer can't established network dial-up.
please type in your password and try agian".
modem using: Aztech MF 3850 - internal card.
Ever talk to my service provider but ,still can't solve the problem.
try to re-install windows again still get the same error.
Any help will appreciated.

Check in Control Panel, Modems and see if your modem is installed correctly. If it is, make a new connection by ruunning inetwiz.exe making sure you have the info from your ISP handy. You may also have to reinstall DUN, so have the Windows CD handy as well.

You might want to try going to your dial-up networking icon in my computer, right click on the connection that you are using, and click properties. Click on the server tab, and uncheck the protocols that you are not using (ie: netBEUI and IPX/SPX). make sure your other settings are correct. This may solve your problem.
