I recently stopped using BT as my internet server and decided I would like to use freeserve, I have a motorola 56.6k modem but unfortunatley with freeserve installed on the computer it will not detect and configure the modem when I attempt to set up an internet account.

The modem has been configured within windows, so the incompatibility is with the software and my modem. Can anyone offer some advice as I have tried everything I know.
