password prompt
ok , when u are searching on the web , and come to put a password in , to enter a site ,,,you start typing and a drop down box shows itself with every password or tthing you have ever written ,,,how do you clear this , to start again ,,,where is this info held? ,,,

Start, settings, control panel, internet options, content tab at the top, personal information autocomplete tab.

probably ,,where is the setting ,,,? , also would like to clear the file/log ,,,or at least prune it?

Them instructions were wrong for xp even if you had the time to read em before figuring it out yourself , so for anyone else wondering ;- open properties of Internet explorer {right click or via control panel} & pick the content tab, press the 'autocomplete' button, & you can find all the stuff Freddy just asked about ..
