    problems with win98se

    Everytime I try to start a program or even try to get online, I get a message error, "WININET.dll file is missing export SHLWAPI.DLL:SHRegGetValueW. Can anybody help me with this problem. I tried PCBugDoctor to no avail. Thanks

    Have you installed Eudora by any chance? Check this site:

    Looks like you need to reinstall Internet Explorer regardless.
