I have a Creative MuVo (a 64mb portable media thing) and i put it into my usb port, and it says there is no information on it at all, not just erased data, but there isnt even a kilobyte of space on it. what happened to it?

Did it come with any software to format the drive [do not use windows format as it removes essential files]?
