cd/dvd+r+rw rom will not read or write
I don't know why but my cd/dvd rom is not workin wen i put a disc in jus the green light comes on and nothin else it just ask for discs even thought there is one in, it doesn't sound like it is spinnin round like it nrmally does. It will open and shut on its own i av got a hp pavillion t550.uk. when i go to device mamager it says it is workin.
 I av only had the computer 8 month i ope someone can elp me Thanx tracy.
