Exclamation System Will Not Start Up

I was installing software onto a VPR Matrix 1620 and when i was almost finished the system crashed and everytime I turn it on it gives me a blue screen saying:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut doewn to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove all newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated.
Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.

    Technical information:

    *** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF8952640, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

I ran NAV and it found no viruses. I took it to a tech and he did a number of normal fixes including a low level format and that still did not resolve the problem. I restored the system using the restore disks a number of times and that doesn't work either. I'm stumped.

VPR Matrix 1620 drivers not compatible with your hardware. Try to uninstall them and see if it makes any difference
