Toshiba Tecra cdt 550 LCD is DARK. HELP
I am working on a Toshiba with a dark LCD. Several users pointed to the FL inverter as the most likely problem. So I replaced it. LCD is still dark. There is no voltage at any time at the contacts going to the lamp. I am monitoring the voltage from the time I power up the unit and continue to monitor while switching from the LCD to an external monitor.
I am thinking that there is no voltage going to the FL inverter from the mobo.
So, I need a little help probing the contacts that come from the mobo to the FL inverter. Any and all suggestions greatly appriciated.
