Control Center Problem Update

When I am on the internet a pop-up appears saying "Control Center has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." "Please tell Microsoft about this problem." It hapens when I turn the scroll wheel on my Logitech Mouse. What could be the problem? shall I reload the mouse program?

I'd think that was a fairly logical thing to try .. so yes remove the mouse software & thus its 'fancy drivers' - btw you might loose 'control' minus a mouse, so best done in safe mode, having worked out which keys you'll need to press to 'get out' .. (you can work in windows minus a mouse by using keys & keyboard shortcuts, but it takes a bit of getting used to !)

Then before reloading your mouse software, I'd suggest you restart normally & let windows refind the device, it may very well have a driver that can support your mouse anyway (they all work pretty similar) & have a try with that .. (at least then we can be reasonably confident that the mouse driver & software are the culprit).
