    Thumbs down Laserjet II P 52 error

    Does annyone know what this means. When i want to print something then the display views error 52. How can i solve this problem. Sorry for my bad enlish.

    cycle the power, if the error still comes back, its probably time for a new fuser.

    Actually, an error 52 means:

    1) The scanner motor is bad, or,
    2) The DC Controller is bad.

    Either way, it's not going to be cheap to fix it. The scanner motor is the motor that scans the Infrared beam back and forth...if it's not moving, then the printer fails, thus, no printout.
