HPLaserJet 4 & stamps.com

I need some help with a printer. I have a HP LaseJet 4 with a envelope tray, i am using Stamps.com To Print postage on my envelopes, envelope tray seems to be working when i print from Word or if i do a Win test into an envelope. but when i print an envelope from Stamps.com it will use the lower tray and print an letter paper. When i print on Stamps.com it does give me the option to select envelope Tray and the rest of the trays(automatic,upper,Manual Feed,lower, and large capacity tray). i have try all trays but still gets paper from the lower tray. I have also Default on windows printers to print on envelope tray and to use envelope #10 as peper selection. Nothing seems to be working i have try to use other PCs too.
Any suggestions on how to make envelope tray with stamps.com program? (i have alredy call stamps.com)

I suppose you could just remove the lower tray and it should default to the upper tray...but, I understand that may not be feasible.

However, you might read up on "Installing and Using the Automatic Envelope Feeder."

Also, "HP LaserJet 4, 4 Plus, 4M, and 4M Plus Printers - Paper Handling."

Or, "HP LaserJet Printers - Tray Selection in Windows Applications."

I know you already did a lot of this stuff, but just something to go over...
