Printing from Microsoft products always results in a black/white printout.

Printing from Adobe products always results in a color printout.

    Additional info:
Using the same driver from NT 4.0 allowed me to choose B/W or color when I printed from any application, but this option is no longer visible?

Is there a utility somewhere or a tweak that will set the "default" setting to "color"

Also, printing multiple copies with the staple option from microsoft products results in multiple copies stapled into one bundle instead of multiple copies individually stapled. The settings for this seem to be correct and I am confused. <IMG SRC="smilies/confused.gif" border="0">

Which HP color LaserJet printer are you using, and which driver are you using with it?

As for the copies being stapled together. Have you selected coalate as well as staple?

    Exclamation

Yeah, which HP model is it?

In case you haven't already done so, go to HP's website for color LaserJets. Select your model number...

Also, you might want to read up on "HP LaserJet Printers - Support Statement for Microsoft (R) Windows 2000". Depending on your model number and which driver you end up using, you might lose some of the options for your device in Win2000.

Let us know how it goes...Good Luck!
