Driver Problem
I recently downloaded and attempted to install Roxio 'Easy Media Creator 7.5' this would be an update to v6. However the installation failed at the end and the roll back was unsuccessful. I'am now unable to use my CD-ROM or DVD-RW drives.
In device manager I can right click on the drives only to be told,
"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)",
however if I run driver update I'm told
"The wizard could not find a better match for your hardware than the software you currently have installed."
Can anyone help me with this, is the driver there or not and what can I do to fix this.
