you mean arabic? Well I know much more people who speak both languages (English+Arabic) and only English, still dont know anyone with dyslexia, it could be, people have the problem but dont know it as its not a common thing.

Dyslexia is more common than most think, but it isn't always diagnosed correctly. All too often, the symptoms are explained as stupidity, attitude problems, etc. Unlike lactose intolerance, I'm not aware of an ethnic link to the defect. No, I'm not, but my wife is a healthcare professional.
