    Post hp and gabbled lines,,

    Had a customer ring up . Apprantly there hp deskjet 400 prints out a pag ok. But the first two lines are garbage. ! Tried all the usual routines. Happens every time.
    any suggestions plese.

    I take it you've already tried the <a href="http://www.hp.com/cposupport/swindexes/dj400_swen.html" target="_blank">latest drivers from HP</a>? Notice the link there for Manuals...your User's Guide is available for download.
