Network icon in system tray
Instead of the network connection icon in the system tray showing Local Area Connection & speed, why can't it show the current i.p. address while the mouse pointer is on it?

Email microsoft ask for it to be added to vista.
However, a balloon tip with the ip address could be considered a security problem. Many corporate/education pcs are tied down tight - with the local user unable to access command prompts or any networking dialogues to prevent opportunistic jacking in to the network.
