emachines PC restoration HELP

Does anyone here know how to restore eMachines computers? I did it once successfully, but now I'm having a problem trying to restore it. I have T1840 and the restoration CDs. When I inserted the 2nd CD in first and try the command prompt it worked, but when it got to verifying systems at A:\> it stopped. I left it on for a day and when I returned it didn't get further and it was supposed to. Is there a limit for restoring computers? Caz I think you can restore it as many times as you like and my computer had only been restored 2 times as I remember because I only bought it 3 years ago and now I really need to do it again for that my space in hard drive is getting filled. If anyone would like to help me out I will be very appreciate of your helps since I don't know where else to look for help. Thank you so much.

It appears like the restore cd's may be scratched or dirty.
Have you checked them and cleaned them?
There is no limit to the number of times restore cd's will work other then physical damage
