Just wondering if anyone would know why when I try to use the free Panda Active Scan like I have several times in the past why after downloading the active x it hangs and won't open what I need to scan...(my computer, files,etc.). Could it be a setting or my firewall preventing it to go further. I also use Trend Micros free online scan and it works fine. Any suggestions?
