ROMAN FONT and Crystal Report

I use Roman Font 10 to print reports in dot
matrix printers. When I preview it, the character - (hyphen) is not visible clearly.
for example

Name Address
-----------------------
will look like

---------------------
Name Address
--------------------
If print in HP inkjet or laser jet, it prints as above.

If enlarge it by 150%, then it shows properly.

Need help.
