Well err ummm, just what's the message ?
All the folks thus far have assumed that the message you are getting is something to do with the drivers for the card, but (me being a smartypants) I know AMcap5a actually a little program to control the capture (comes with a range of stuff besides tV cards) & that you may already have working drivers, but just be short of something to use them with .. (if Ferrit's got his google right, then one of these should show up in device manager as two devices, one for sound capture & one for video & any other capture application should be able to find the devices, even if amcap5a can't for whatever reason work)
