    Post Visioneer 7600 USB

    Got a visioneer scanner that worked fine with 98 when you use their drivers, and works realy great with ME with the built in ME drivers. But I am hard pressed to find some drivers for XP. I have been to driver guide and to the visioneer website with no luck. Also please note that the drivers provided by visioneer are only "partial" drivers and require that you use the cd and install their software for it to work. However, I have the cd and it does not work with XP even in compatibilty mode.

    Does it not work for you?

    I guess as a last resort, you could try <a href="http://support.visioneer.com/customer/ets/" target="_blank">emailing their Tech Support.</a>

    Thanks for the reply, but thats just the viewer program....it seems that you have to have their software (paperport) for the driver to function. I tried using the old 9x driver from the cd and forcing XP to take it but every time it says that it cant be used.
