Welcome to Windrivers rasheed_asim
Have you changed the refresh rate? Try for 75hz or more.

You could have a broke or bent pin on monitor plug to sound card or need to reseat the plug.

Rule out the video card, plug it into another monitor if you have it.

Does it flicker in safe mode?
If so its more than likely the monitor or cable but you can double check on another system and if it continues try replacing the cable.

If it's under warranty, than it's definitely an option.
If we can narrow it down to either the video card or monitor than that would save you sometime before they give you the run around.
When given a chance, the video card people will blame your monitor and the monitor people will blame the video card.
So far, issues with a different monitor does not rule out the video card, unfortunately.

I didn't read your message right, sorry.
So on another monitor, it's fine for awhile and than give you the same issues. Sounds most likely to be your video card.
Now, if you have another video card you could put it in this computer to completely rule out your Samsung monitor.
But definitely check to make sure there are not bend pins as someone had said.
Also that the refreash frequency is okay as well. 75Hz is a good middle ground that should work for all crt monitors and 60Hz should work for flat panels.
If you don't know how to check your refresh frequency let us know.
