HP 5, 6, and 4000 10h exception error

We have just released a 32-bit piece of software, and when we try to print to one of the abover printers we get a 10h exception error. One of the possible solutions is to use a microsoft driver. Are there drivers available for this printer that have been written by microsoft, and if so, where can I get them.
