Rename a file with current date and time as file name
I need a BAT file or a utility can replace a file name based on the date and time? For example if I have a file called C:\test\myfile.txt I need this to be renamed as C:\test\090720061051.txt (09/07/06 is date and 10:51 is time)
Can you please help me?

Hello smartcard and welcome to WD forums
I know of a way to do this in Windows - GUI using Total commander (I will think of a way to do in command line and let you know).
In total commander -> file > Multy rename tool
You have the option to set file name by many options including Date/time
Again - I will think of a way to put it on a command line
Cheers,
Gabriel
