1 Keyboard & Mouse for 2 Computers
Hopefully this is the right forum for this question:
I have two computers at work and a limited amount of desk space. I am looking at sharing a keyboard and mouse to run both systems.
One of the systems is a standalone, and cannot be networked, so I cannot use Synergy.
The KVM switch I tried would not work without the monitors hooked into it, and I need to have both monitors running simultaneously.
Does anyone know of a method or specific product where I can switch only my keyboard and mouse between the two systems?
Thank you in advance for any help. Again, apologies if this is the wrong forum...

Though the specific KVM you have tried didn't work without VGA connected - Most KVM I have seen hae no problems with it. Try to get a KVM with PSU.
