I believe that Easy Options was acquired by IBM but they still make hardware under the Easy Options name. However, I couldn't find anything on the IBM site about Easy Options. An FCC ID search showed that your scanner was made my Our Business Machines, or OBM. Their website is www.obmlink.com . Apparently they made the scanner for IBM/Easy Options. They don't list a driver for a "650" scanner, but their driver page states that if you need a driver for a scanner that isn't listed you can email them.
