It's not locked down...
I found my cousin's website and after some searching around for news items aon the campaign, I see definite hopes of Chavez being unseated. Now, the question arises, if Chavez loses and refuses to give it up, what happens?

For those of you non-Spanish speakers, there are some interesting items in Manuel's platform:
1) Mi Negra, essentially a debit card issued to the poor, which will guarantee everyone at least a minimum wage salary, which will be funded with 20% of the nation's petroleum revenue.
2) Guaranteed scholarships for High School graduates to attend college, who would otherwise not be able to attend.
3) Mandatory GPS in all new vehicles to cut down on car theft and chop shops. Government will retrofit GPS on older vehicles.
4) No more more free oil, or monetary subsidies, to foreign governments.
5) Restructuring the jails and penitenciaries so inmates will work to support their families.
6) Train, equip and pay the police and law enforcement agents as well as possible. Try to reduce corruption in the police through education and adequate pay.
I didn't surrender, but they took my horse and made him surrender. They have him pulling a wagon up in Kansas I bet.
