Epson Doesn't print
I have recently purchased an Epson Photo 700. It will not print an entire page.... Not even the test page. It's the second one so I have replaced it. Anyone have any fixes??

I think that this one has been posted before, it seem to me that it had something to do with enabling or disabling print spooling. Any way if you go back and look at the earlier postings, I feel you find your answer to your problem.

Do you have a scanner attached to your printer ?
The Epson spool manager has a problem with saome scanners, try removing the scanner drivers and the scanner physically from the machine and just have the printer on its own.

First of all ensure that it's not a software-related problem.
Try printing a nozzle check page using the printer's buttons. If every single line is printed normally, it's a software problem.
Check the BIOS settings for the LPT1 port (default settings: 378, IRQ5). Then check the Device Manager. If everything seems to be ok, reinstall the driver and the software.
If the problem persists, try another printer cable.
If the nozzle check page comes out blank try multiple head-cleanings, using the printer's button.
It should print after 3 or 4 head-cleanigs.
If the problem persists, you should RMA it. Probably faulty heads! Welcome to Epson world!!!
Good luck..
