hi, i am a new member here and i am not very good at the technical part. anyone there please help me.
i just renewed my norton internet security. i didn't open the parental control before as i didn't think it was necessary. but i opened it after i renewed the software. now everytime when i start up my computer it takes long time to boot up as the computer always downloads the parental control list. i have closed the Norton Parental Control,but my computer still download the list...

i intend to close the parental control list, so i don't see the point to download the list all the time. is it possible to stop the downloading and how to do it?
