    LG make many different products... which LG product do you have? What is the model number?

    A quick look at the user guide here shows that you don't have drivers for this phone to directly connect to a pc.

    What you do instead is buy a SD card reader suitable for your computer or a bluetooth adapter (again suitable for your computer). You then either transfer data to your computer by using the sd card and adapter, or via bluetooth.
