Exclamation Win XP won't boot up

One day I turned off my computer using the power button because my comp froze. When I tried turning it back on, the bios took a while to load up, and then I got to the screen where it says like windows did not start successfully, and has safe mode, last known good config, and start windows normally. I picked Last Known, and the windows splash screen came up. It took a long time to load, then the screen turned black. Then a blue screen popped up and I was about to read it but the screen closed and my computer restarted. This keeps happening can anyone help me please?
