    a new Hard drive is the last resort.. we will hope its software causing your issues

    Are you using an anti virus - firewall - and adware remover programs and what are they?

    can you start in safe mode and clean the system files? sfc /scannow

    is all hardware correctly installed.. is there any yellow marks in the device manager?

    have you tried taking your computer back to a previous restore point?

    Download HijackThis;

    http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=3155

    then run it and then copy the log and paste it at the following site for an automated analysis;

    http://www.hijackthis.de/

    Anything they say is critical, you can tell us about and maybe we can help.

    Log on as Administrator and use a restore point about a week ago (like, before the problem).
