[RESOLVED] COMPAQ DLT 15/30

Does anyone know if an external DLT 15/30 drive can be modified to an internal unit?

It's Saturday and I don't have the cable for the external connection. I need to get this server up today.

yep. if i remember correclty, you just pull it out of the external case it's in and install it in a 5 1/4 bay.

I finally found the external cable, so I didn't try the internal idea. Although, looking at the guts, I don't think it would have been a problem.
