I have a Colorado 350 Jumbo, which under '95 ran as a QIC-7 tape drive. I installed Win98 after backing up my data, and now Win98 sees the tape as a QIC-80. I use both Seagate backup and Win backup, and neither of them can restore. In both cases they cannot open the volumes. Since my business runs on this machine, and all my passwords etc are there, I am in trouble. Can anyone help?
